Scott E. Foor, M.A., is a Certified Teacher of the Deaf. He has a
passion for helping under-served Deaf and hard of hearing children worldwide realize their full potential and experience personal growth through special education, sign language, spoken language, and building life skills needed for success. Scott has 7 years of experience working at the California School for the Deaf, Riverside. He also has 4 years experience working in a mental healthcare setting with Deaf and hard of hearing students and a total of 13 years experience working with Deaf from birth to age 21. Scott also teaches American Sign Language at the University of Wyoming and currently supports schools and programs in Wyoming, Kansas, Georgia, and Zambia.

M. Chris Bernard, B.A., is a Certified American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter. She has over 32 years of experience. Chris is the owner, operator, and sole proprietor of Sign Language Services of Cheyenne. She is O & E insured and RID certified. Chris has been in private practice for 18 years and works in a variety of settings (medical, legal, business, education, mental health, etc.) to provide equal access to communication in ASL and/or spoken English. She also has experience working at the college level in classrooms, student meetings, staff and faculty meetings. Chris has experience doing Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Video Relay Services (VRS). She was also a staff Interpreter for Pima Community College for 11 years.

Stephanie is a graduate student at the University of Northern Colorado working to obtain her masters in Deaf Education birth through 21 and Teaching American Sign Language. Stephanie holds a BA in Elementary Education and currently works as a high school instructor in Riverton Wyoming. In the past, Stephanie has worked as a substitute teacher, a paraprofessional, and a homebound teacher for district 25. Stephanie was born with profound hearing loss and was raised using total communication. Stephanie resides in Riverton Wyoming with her husband and four children. They spend their free time volunteering and in the outdoors as much as possible.

Chelsea Elertson is a Deaf mentor and ASL tutor for all who desire to learn more about the Deaf Culture/sign language. She has been deaf since 6 months old and she has had a cochlear implant for 2 years. She attended Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) for 12 years to learn how to speak English. Chelsea learned American Sign Language when she was a freshman in high school through a sign language interpreter. She married a Deaf gentleman and they have 3 hearing children together. Chelsea has found her life passion in connecting the worlds between Deaf/Hard of Hearing and hearing together by substitute teaching, tutoring, and mentoring.
